Between briefs and placements
Which email keeps this placement alive?
A hiring manager wants a shortlist by Thursday. One candidate is asking about next steps, another needs to move Tuesday’s interview, and a referee has finally written back. Job board alerts keep landing on top of all of it. Leave the wrong one for a day and your best candidate takes another offer. That’s the work BOSSIE, Sevenfold’s AI assistant for recruitment agencies, does in your inbox and calendar while you’re on calls.

Client and candidate email, labelled twice an hour
Every 30 minutes BOSSIE tags new email with one of six labels, such as To respond, FYI or Marketing. It writes them into your Gmail, Outlook or Zoho Mail, where you already read email.
- List your key hiring managers as VIPs and BOSSIE always treats their email as top priority
- Job alerts and newsletters can be archived out of the way once you allow it; nothing gets deleted

Interview times found in your calendar
Ask for interview slots and BOSSIE checks the calendar you connected (Google, Outlook or Zoho), then offers up to three weekday times in your hours, up to 14 days out. Say yes and it emails them to the candidate.
- Confirm a time in chat and BOSSIE creates the event; the candidate and hiring manager get the invite
- A Teams or Google Meet link goes on it from Outlook or Google calendars

Drafts that read like your desk wrote them
With Auto-draft replies on, BOSSIE learns from as many as 15 emails you’ve sent and drafts answers to candidates and clients in that style. Each waits in its thread in Drafts for you to finish.
- Your AI Brain supplies the details: the sectors you recruit for, office hours, FAQs
- A frustrated candidate, or anything the Brain has no answer for, gets a draft promising a consultant will reply
Is BOSSIE right for your agency?
What it won’t do on a recruitment desk
BOSSIE has no phone, and it doesn’t screen, call or message candidates by itself.
Not a fit yet if
- You need CVs read, or attached to emails it sends
- Client emails must CC the candidate: it sends to one person
- Candidates sit in other time zones: it uses one business time zone
- More than 20 new emails arrive each half hour: each sort reads the 20 newest
- You want your candidate database or job board updated
