Booked out, and the page went quiet

Your practice’s last post was about last winter’s flu clinic

It’s Monday, and the phones rang before the doors opened. Every GP is booked out, a new practice nurse started last week, and nobody has said so online. Writing posts between patients never happens. Meet BUZZ, the AI social media manager from Sevenfold for medical and allied health practices. Your practice’s posts are the one thing it looks after.

Posts ready before the waiting room fills

Posts ready before the waiting room fills

Posting is the first job dropped on a busy clinic day. BUZZ plans your practice’s posts two to four weeks ahead and writes them while your doctors, nurses and allied health team see patients.

  • Every practice post on one board: Planned, Drafts, Scheduled and Published
  • From 1 to 15 posts a week, up to 5 a day, on days and times your practice chooses
Nothing goes live until your practice approves it

Nothing goes live until your practice approves it

A health practice’s post deserves a careful read. Each one BUZZ writes waits as a draft for your practice manager or a practitioner to edit, approve or delete. Approved posts take the next open slot.

  • Check the details patients rely on, like a doctor’s name, your opening hours or a fee
  • Publish now after approval, for clinic news like flu vaccine bookings opening
Show patients the rooms they'll walk into

Show patients the rooms they’ll walk into

First-time patients like to know what to expect. Add photos of your waiting room, consult rooms and team to your AI Brain library. By default, BUZZ illustrates each post with those or with stock photos.

  • AI-made images instead, if you prefer; Premium AI images run on paid credits
  • Your practice logo and a few words of text added to the image, as an option

Through the practice year

Moments every practice knows, covered

Flu vaccine season

Add your flu vaccine clinic to your AI Brain. BUZZ’s topic ideas come with seasonal months, so the clinic turns up as a post idea for the months it runs.

A new page on your practice website

Your practice publishes an article on what to bring to a first appointment. BUZZ turns that article into a post, so patients who follow you on social media see it too.

People asking how to become a patient

Set up comment-to-DM on Instagram with a keyword such as NEWPATIENT. Anyone who comments it gets your practice’s own message by DM, like a link to your new-patient form. You can add a public reply too: ‘Just sent you a DM’.

A practice post patients liked

BUZZ gets stats for your practice’s posts from Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Threads, but not from X or Google Business Profile. Each month it goes through them with you in chat and re-drafts your practice’s best-performing post.

Getting started

Setting BUZZ up for your practice

  1. Tell BUZZ about your practice. Put your services into your AI Brain, with how you describe them and notes about your patients and your local area. Then set who your posts are for and edit your posting rules.
  2. Connect your practice’s pages. Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (a personal or company page), Threads and X. BUZZ writes a separate caption for each one, with hashtags set to off, minimal, balanced or reach, and at most 8 on Instagram. Facebook and Instagram also get one-image Stories.
  3. Choose your practice’s mix. Set the balance of helpful, fun and promotional posts. Helpful could be where to park or how to book; fun, the team’s Friday morning tea; promotional, a new service at your practice.

Questions & Answers

Questions practice managers ask about BUZZ

Will BUZZ answer patients' questions in the comments?
No. BUZZ never writes comment replies, DM replies or Google review replies, so patients’ health questions stay with your practice team. Its only automatic message is the keyword DM on Instagram, and your practice writes that.
Can BUZZ post videos or Reels about our services?
No. Practice posts carry one image and a caption, and on Threads and X they can be words alone. BUZZ doesn’t make video, Reels, carousels or multi-photo posts, and it doesn’t post to TikTok.
What does BUZZ cost for a practice?
AUD $38 a month on monthly billing, or from AUD $29 a month with yearly billing. Every plan comes with all seven Sevenfold AI employees, so your practice gets the whole team, not only BUZZ.

Start each week with your practice’s posts ready to approve

BUZZ plans and writes social posts for medical and allied health practices, and holds each one for your team’s OK.

Your team approves every post. Planned weeks in advance. Seven AI employees in every plan.
