Side by side

The differences that decide it

The short version: on the phone itself these two genuinely overlap — Synthflow is a serious voice platform. The comparison turns on whether you’d rather build agents or hire employees, and on everything a business does beyond the call.

Credit where it's due

What Synthflow AI does well

A fair comparison starts with honesty: as a dedicated voice-agent platform, Synthflow is seriously engineered and widely used.

A strong dedicated voice platform

Synthflow cites 65M+ customer calls handled, 99.99% uptime and sub-100ms latency, with a visual Flow Designer for building call logic node by node. If voice is your whole project, this is real infrastructure.

Generous integrations & languages

200+ integrations including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Cal.com, Calendly, Zapier and GoHighLevel, real-time booking, SMS follow-ups after calls, and support for 12+ languages.

White-label built for agencies

Client sub-accounts, per-account minute allocation, dashboard branding and automated rebilling — one of the more complete voice white-label offerings, and we say so plainly.

Where the products part ways

Agents you build vs employees you hire

Assembly vs day one

Synthflow gives you a Flow Designer and templates to build your agent’s logic. Sevenfold’s employees arrive pre-trained — the Receptionist answers, books and transfers from day one, no flows to design.

Content that gets published

Inky researches, writes SEO-scored articles, optimises images and commits them straight onto your WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow or static site — then watches Google Search Console. Outside Synthflow’s documented scope.

Social media, handled

Buzz plans and posts your social calendar on a schedule you approve. Synthflow is a voice platform; social publishing isn’t part of its public documentation.

The support queue, worked

Sage triages real tickets inside Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, HubSpot and more — drafted replies, escalations, SLA watch. Synthflow answers support calls; helpdesk queue operation isn’t documented.

Email and meetings covered

An email employee drafts replies in your real inbox, and Bossie joins Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls to take notes and follow up. Neither appears in Synthflow’s public documentation.

Flat plan vs per-minute maths

Sevenfold is one per-workspace plan with minutes included. Synthflow’s price is assembled per minute — voice engine, LLM choice and telephony each add to the rate.

The detail

Four differences, examined properly

The phone: genuine overlap, honestly stated

Sevenfold

Sevenfold’s Receptionist answers 24/7 on local numbers in 8 countries, answers questions from your website’s knowledge, books appointments into 10 booking systems, takes storefront orders with read-back, transfers callers and scores every caller’s mood. Sally runs outbound campaigns from your lead lists with automatic follow-ups.

Synthflow AI

Synthflow does inbound and outbound well: real-time booking into Cal.com, Calendly, Google Calendar and GoHighLevel, call routing, lead qualification, SMS follow-ups and 12+ languages, on infrastructure citing 99.99% uptime. On answering and booking, the honest verdict is: both platforms deliver.

Build the agent, or hire the employee

Sevenfold

There is nothing to assemble. Each AI employee arrives trained for its role and learns your business from your website and documents in minutes. You approve outcomes — bookings made, articles published, tickets answered — rather than designing conversation flows.

Synthflow AI

Synthflow’s visual Flow Designer is genuinely capable, and templates speed it up — but you (or your agency) are the one designing prompts, nodes, edge cases and integrations, and maintaining them as your business changes.

Everything beyond the call

Sevenfold

Inky publishes SEO-scored articles straight onto your website and watches Search Console. Buzz runs your social calendar. Sage works your helpdesk queue with SLA watch. An email employee drafts in your real inbox, and Bossie takes meeting notes. The departments a business runs beyond its phone line.

Synthflow AI

Synthflow extends beyond voice into chat, SMS and WhatsApp — but content publishing, social media management, helpdesk ticket operation, an email employee and a meeting notetaker are not in its public documentation. It is deliberately a voice platform, and a good one.

What it costs, structurally

Sevenfold

One Business plan per workspace with every employee, included minutes, a phone number and leads; transparent usage rates beyond; a White Label tier for agencies with per-licence pricing.

Synthflow AI

At our review date, Synthflow prices per minute from components: a $0.09/min voice engine, an LLM at $0.02–$0.05/min by model, and telephony at $0.02/min managed (free if you bring your own Twilio). Independent 2026 reviews put common all-in configurations around $0.11–$0.16/min before add-ons, with enterprise contracts published as starting at $30,000 annually.

Choose Synthflow AI if…

  • Voice is your whole project and you want a dedicated, deeply configurable phone platform
  • You enjoy designing call flows node by node — or have a team that does
  • You’re an agency selling voice agents specifically, and Synthflow’s sub-accounts and rebilling fit your model
  • You run enterprise call volumes (10,000+ minutes a month) and want custom SLAs and telephony

Choose Sevenfold if…

  • You want AI employees that arrive pre-trained — no call flows to build or maintain
  • You want the phone answered and the rest worked: articles published, social posted, tickets triaged, emails drafted, meetings noted
  • You take orders by phone from your Shopify, WooCommerce, Square or Odoo store
  • You prefer one flat per-workspace plan with minutes included over assembling a per-minute rate

Questions people ask

Synthflow vs Sevenfold, honestly answered

Is this comparison up to date?
The verification date is shown at the top of the page and beside the comparison table. Every claim was checked against Synthflow’s public website, documentation, pricing pages and independent reviews on that date. When Synthflow ships something new, we re-verify and update the page — and if you spot something stale before we do, tell us via the contact page and we’ll fix it the same week.
Synthflow answers the phone too — so why switch?
Because the phone is where the overlap ends. Both answer 24/7, book appointments and make outbound calls — we say that plainly in the table. The differences are the model (agents you assemble in a Flow Designer vs employees pre-trained for their roles) and everything beyond the call: published articles, social posting, helpdesk queue operation, email drafting and meeting notes.
Is Synthflow cheaper?
It depends entirely on your call volume. Synthflow’s per-minute model (commonly $0.11–$0.16/min all-in at our review date) can be economical at low volumes and is transparent about components. Sevenfold is a flat per-workspace plan with minutes included — and the plan also covers content, social, support, email and meetings, which on Synthflow you’d buy elsewhere or not have.
Synthflow has white-label too — what's actually different?
Both are real offerings, and we’ve represented Synthflow’s fairly: sub-accounts, minute allocation, branding and automated rebilling for its voice platform. The difference is what you’re reselling — Synthflow white-labels a voice-agent platform; Sevenfold’s White Label plan gives agencies the entire AI-employee platform, phone included, under their own brand, domain and pricing.
Can I switch from Synthflow to Sevenfold?
Yes, and there are no call flows to rebuild — that’s rather the point. Sevenfold’s Brain learns your business from your website and documents in minutes, you connect your calendar, phone number and website, and the pre-trained team is live — typically within days.
Is Sevenfold affiliated with Synthflow?
No. Synthflow is an independent product and trademark of its owner. This page exists because prospective customers ask us for the comparison, and we’d rather publish a dated, verifiable one than leave it to guesswork.

Synthflow AI is a product of its respective owner, which is not affiliated with Sevenfold AI and does not endorse this page. All trademarks belong to their owners.
