This Fair Use Policy outlines the boundaries of acceptable use of the Sevenfold platform. It exists to protect the quality, reliability, and security of the service for all customers — and to ensure Sevenfold is used responsibly and lawfully.

Acceptable Use

You may use Sevenfold to automate legitimate business communications, workflows, and processes within your organisation and on behalf of your clients, where you have appropriate authority to do so.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Sevenfold to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or operate mass communication campaigns without recipient consent
• Impersonate individuals, organisations, or brands without authorisation
• Generate or distribute misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive communications
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from third-party systems without authorisation
• Circumvent platform rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Process or transmit sensitive personal data without appropriate consent and legal basis
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

AI Output Responsibility

Sevenfold’s AI employees generate content based on the information and instructions you provide. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing AI-generated outputs before distribution where accuracy is material
• Ensuring outputs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Not relying on Sevenfold for legal, financial, medical, or professional advice

AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or unintended content. You must not distribute outputs without applying reasonable judgement.

Volume and Rate Limits

Sevenfold may apply usage limits to protect platform performance for all customers. Attempts to circumvent these limits are prohibited. If your usage requirements exceed standard plan limits, contact us to discuss an appropriate arrangement.

Data and Privacy

You must ensure that any personal data processed through Sevenfold is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining necessary consents and maintaining appropriate records. You must not input sensitive categories of personal data (such as health, financial, or biometric data) unless explicitly permitted under your plan.

Enforcement

Sevenfold reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this Fair Use Policy. Where a breach is confirmed, we may issue a warning, suspend access, or terminate your account depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
