Early Cancellation Refunds
New Sevenfold customers are entitled to a full refund if requested within 3 days of their first payment, provided the platform has not been used to process more than 100 interactions. To request a refund, contact support@sevenfoldai.com.
Cancellations
You may cancel your Sevenfold subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, refunds are available within the first 3 days of the subscription. After 3 days, annual plans are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted at Sevenfold’s discretion for service outages, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@sevenfoldai.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
