Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sevenfold, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

To access Sevenfold, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may use Sevenfold solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform in any way that:

AI Agent Interactions

Sevenfold’s AI employees operate based on the instructions and information you provide. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or unintended content (“hallucinations”)
  • AI outputs should be reviewed before distribution where accuracy is material
  • Sevenfold does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content

You are responsible for verifying AI outputs independently before relying on them for any purpose.

Your Responsibility for AI Outputs

You bear full responsibility for:

  • Configuring AI agents appropriately for your intended use
  • Reviewing outputs before distribution to clients, customers, or third parties
  • Ensuring all AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards

Sevenfold accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from your reliance on AI outputs without appropriate review.

No Professional Advice

The Sevenfold platform does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or any other professional advice. Nothing generated by the platform should be construed as professional advice. You should seek independent professional guidance for matters requiring expert judgement.

Fees and Payments

Access to certain features requires payment of subscription fees as set out on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Sevenfold platform — including software, text, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by Sevenfold and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the platform.

Third-Party Integrations

Sevenfold may connect to third-party services at your direction. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of those third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Sevenfold does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevenfold’s total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amounts you paid to Sevenfold in the twelve months preceding the claim. Sevenfold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sevenfold and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

Sevenfold reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for breach of these Terms or conduct that may harm Sevenfold or other users. You may cancel your account at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
