White Label Terms

White Label Licence

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, Sevenfold grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to deploy the Sevenfold platform under your own brand name and domain.

Permitted Use

You may present the platform to your clients under your own branding. You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer the white label rights to any third party without prior written consent from Sevenfold.

Branding Requirements

You are responsible for creating and maintaining your own brand assets. Sevenfold’s name, logo, and trademarks must not appear in your white-labelled deployment without explicit written permission.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all client relationships, billing, and support under your white label deployment. You must ensure your clients comply with Sevenfold’s Acceptable Use Policy.

Underlying Platform

Sevenfold retains all intellectual property rights in the underlying platform, software, and technology. The white label licence grants no ownership rights.

Support

Sevenfold provides platform-level support to white label partners. Client-facing support is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees

White label fees are as agreed in your White Label Agreement. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of the white label licence.
