A workspace is one business or client account on the Sevenfold platform. Each workspace has its own AI employees, phone number, integrations, and configuration. A Business plan customer typically has one workspace for their own business. A White Label customer manages multiple workspaces — one per client.
What is the minimum commitment for White Label?+
White Label plans start at a minimum of 10 workspaces per month. This is designed for agencies and resellers managing multiple client accounts. You can scale up at any time with no additional setup required.
Are call charges billed separately?+
Yes. Call minutes are billed at the per-minute rate shown above, in addition to the workspace fee. Your monthly invoice will show workspace fees and call usage separately so you can track both clearly.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade from Business to White Label at any time. If you’re moving from monthly to yearly billing, the change takes effect at your next billing date and you’ll see the discounted rate immediately.
